Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If HESHE isn't right for you, we offer a straightforward 15-day return window.
- Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- The bottle must be at least 80% full and in its original packaging.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or easypaisa/jazzcash within 5–7 business days of the returned item being received.
- Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of cost — just send us a photo on WhatsApp.
